ABOUT HARVEST FEST...

Harvest Fest is a free family event that debuted in 2017 with a crowd of 1500! In 2018, the event boasted an attendance of nearly 3000 individuals. Attendees were able to experience a fantastic night out with their favorite superheroes including: The Black Panther, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, Mr. Incredible to name a few. They also enjoyed a trunk or treat with a  plethora of candy, games, prizes, music, dancing, food vendor, train rides and much more. Several children entered the costume contest for a chance to win gift cards to various restaurants and stores. Attendance for the upcoming Harvest Fest 2019 is expected to reach 3000-4000 guests.

The festival will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm at Open Word Christian Ministries in the wonderful city of Fairburn, Georgia. We believe your participation in this free community event will empower our ministry to provide a safe alternative to trick or treating for Fairburn and the surrounding communities.  Harvest Fest has become an annual tradition hosted by OWCM to serve the community. It allows us to discover and serve the needs of the community in preparation for future outreach.  Last year’s Harvest Fest had an attendance of nearly 3000 individuals, consisting of children and their parents. This year, we will join the fight against childhood sex-trafficking in the Atlanta Metro area.
